Welcome to Painthouse. By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending any Painthouse event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Painthouse
Painthouse is a creative platform based in Eindhoven, offering workshops, art circles, drawing meetups, and community-driven creative events. Participation in our activities is voluntary and at your own discretion.
2. Event Participation
By attending a Painthouse event, you agree to follow any instructions provided by the organizers to ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. Painthouse reserves the right to refuse participation or entry if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
3. Ticket Use & Validity
Unless stated otherwise, tickets for Painthouse workshops and art circle events are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future date or converted into credit. Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date stated at the time of purchase.
4. Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend an event, you may gift or resell your ticket to another person. Please notify us before the event via email, direct message, or WhatsApp with the new attendee’s full name and contact information so we can update the attendance list.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations do not qualify for refunds, credits, or ticket reuse, unless explicitly stated for specific events. Once purchased, tickets remain valid only for the original event date.
6. Photography & Video
Photos and videos may be taken during Painthouse events for documentation and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media channels.
We aim to capture the general atmosphere of events rather than individuals. If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform us before or during the event.
If you later identify yourself in any published content and wish for it to be removed, you may contact us at any time and we will remove the material as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Community Spaces (WhatsApp Groups)
Painthouse uses WhatsApp groups as a primary communication channel for event updates, news, and community interaction. Participation in these groups is voluntary and subject to respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove members who do not follow community guidelines.
8. Liability
Participation in Painthouse events is at your own risk. Painthouse is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during events, except where required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
Painthouse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels or published on this website.

11. Weather-Related Cancellations or Changes
In the event of severe weather conditions that may affect the safety or feasibility of an outdoor or weather-dependent event, Painthouse reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event. If an event is cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be offered the option to:
· Transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date (if applicable), or
· Receive a full refund or credit toward a future Painthouse event.
We will notify participants of any weather-related changes as early as possible via email, WhatsApp, or our official communication channels. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to receive timely updates.
